Temari-zushi (Temari-Sushi)
Temari-zushi is a bite-sized piece of sushi. Sushi itself is made into bite-sized pieces, but Temarizushi is even smaller, and is made in a round shape.
Anago-donburi
Grilled anago (sea eel) served on top of a bowl of rice.The anago is topped with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) and the ingredients are Japanese egg rolls and cucumbers.
Shokado Bento
Shokado bento is a bento box with a cross-shaped divider inside and a high rimmed lid.Sashimi, grilled dishes, simmered dishes, rice, etc. are arranged in each of the compartments in an attractive manner. The serving style is a combination of rice and several kinds of side dishes.

Fried prawn with thick noodle and soup.
Yakitori(Japanese style skewered chicken)
Yakitori is a Japanese specialty where various parts of the chicken are skewered and charbroiled by the chef. They are usually served simply with only salt or dipped into teriyaki like sauces.Grilled cherry tomatoes skewered and served with edamame.
Bamboo shoots rice
Rice cooked with bamboo shoots, chicken, soy sauce, mirin, and other ingredients of your choice. Garnish with bud of Japanese pepper tree.
Clam soup
On Hina Matsuri (Girls' Day), we eat a soup of clams.

Kiritanpo nabe
Kiritanpo nabe is a hot pot dish from Akita. Kiritanpo is made of mashed rice wrapped around a stick and baked. Other ingredients for kiritanpo nabe are chicken, maitake mushroom, seri parsley, gobo burdock, and green onion.
Kinukatsugi
This is an autumn dish in which small taro potatoes are steamed with their skins on, and the skins are peeled off and eaten.
